We run the program on a single method. All client work, training and content is on us, under the shared brand.
The share starts at 25% per client and grows to 49%. It carries over to repeat payments — renewals and add-on services.
Control of the brand, the method and the client base stays with Zinin & Partners. You are the official representative on your territory with full access to the product, the method and our support.
From the moment the regional partnership is signed: you secure the territory for yourself and start bringing clients.
Once 10 clients have come from your region, the base share rises to 35%.
The ceiling opens once you have additionally signed 3 sub-partners who bring their own clients.
Your share is locked per client the moment you bring them in and carries over to all of their repeat payments — bringing a client and keeping them pay equally well.
Sub-partners: you can sign partners under you. Their reward is yours to set — you pay them out of your share, at whatever split you see fit.
You secure the territory for yourself and work on the unified Zinin & Partners method. The local market, language and network are yours.
The client pays you inside the region — a familiar transaction with no currency hassle. Brand and method are shared, payment is local.
Bookings and applications run through a centralised funnel, and every lead is attributed to a partner — flow control plus an objective answer to “whose lead is this”.
Russia: client inquiries from Russia are handled by the Moscow node zinin-shturbin.com — we don’t compete with it. The partner program is open for regions outside that node.
A company from your region pays you locally. For them it’s an ordinary domestic transaction — no currency operations, no cross-border hassle.
From each incoming payment you immediately keep your reward by tier — 25% to 49%.
On a regular schedule — a short report (who paid, how much) and the transfer of the remainder. Transparent and predictable.
Why this way: it’s easier and more comfortable for the client to pay “one of their own” in their region — conversion is higher. Legally the collected funds are ours, you hold only your commission, so your tax is calculated on the commission alone. Exact wording to be confirmed with a local accountant.
